Congratulations on your engagement! We are honored that you are considering Wildwood Country Club to host your wedding. We understand that planning a wedding can be both exciting and challenging. Our goal is to assist you in every way to ensure a truly remarkable event.

Whether you are planning an intimate event or a gala celebration, you will find our food exceptional, our wines outstanding and our service attentive. All of the elements whether natural or designed come together to offer a luxurious setting.

Wildwood Country Club is equipped to offer and exceptional setting for up to 350 guests comfortably.

                Included in the room rental fee are: china, glassware, cutting the cake, champagne bucket, stage for cake and linens (black, white or ivory).

**Outdoor Wedding Venue available for $250.00

We will provide a dance floor, measuring 20’ by 20’ for a charge of $250.00 / or lighted dance floor for $500

Lunch events are booked for a two hour period. / Dinner events are booked for a four hour period.

A service charge of 20% is applied to all food and beverage. A 6% sales tax is

 applied to the entire event bill.

All private events require a signed catering agreement.

Wildwood Country Club reserves the right to change room assignments based
upon group size and/or changes from the original estimated number of attendees.

All pricing in this guide is subject to change based upon market conditions.

Menu prices are valid only upon receipt of a completed, signed contract or event

 order, along with the required event deposit per the below deposit payment

 schedule.


Deposit and Payment Schedule

An initial Non-Refundable deposit (Room Rental Fee) is due at the time of

booking. This initial deposit secures the event space.

25% of the estimated charges is due sixty (60) days prior to event date.

Balance is due after completion of the event.

The final event attendance and food guarantee is due seventy-two (72) hours

prior to the event start time.

  Cancellation Policy

Any event cancelled within 45 days before the event date is subject to 25%

charge, based on the projected final bill amount.

Additional Special Services

Ice Carving $300.00

Cash Bar set up $75.00

Crystal Chandeliers for $100 rental fee

TV and DVD set up $75.00

Bridal Suite available for $150 for the day.

Dress Code Policy

Club rules state that all club patrons must abide by the dress code policy of 

Wildwood Country Club. The dress code is as follows: Tee-shirts, Swimsuits and Athletic Shorts are

not allowed in the clubhouse. Gentlemen must wear collared shirts. Adults and 

children may wear ”Dress” Blue jeans.
